Baby Blue

"'I have channeled Frida K way too many times during these last several years. I paneled and beamed my bedroom ceiling and wrapped myself in a soft blanket more often than I had patience. I was able to rekindle my love and memories of classic rock while convalescing. Bob Dylan wrote ‘Baby Blue’ and referenced blankets left on the floor.

I heard the lyric, 'The lover who just walked out your door has taken all his blankets from the floor. The carpet too, is moving under you and it's all over now, baby blue.'

Blankets are indispensable human possessions but I sure would like to leave mine on the floor and walk out the door.”
