Our gallery is partnering with six established Indiana based artists to raise funds for charities supporting the 317 during the COVID-19 crisis.
The program is fairly straightforward: Between April 30 and May 10, those interested in acquiring may select a work of art priced between $800 - $4,000 created by an established Indiana-based artist.
The purchaser receives an instant 10% discount on the work as a “thank you” for supporting the artist and the 317. Long-Sharp Gallery will donate 30% of the purchase price of the artwork to one of 5 Indianapolis charities working in the wake of COVID-19. The purchaser of the artwork may select which charity will benefit from their purchase (proof of the donation will be sent to the purchaser within 72 hours of the purchase of the artwork). The charities are: Indy community, generally, Indy Arts and Culture COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund, Indy hunger, IU Health, and/or Community Heath.
Long-Sharp Gallery will arrange a contact-free delivery to the purchaser. The artist will be paid for the work purchased, enabling him/her to continue creating in his/her studio during these challenging times.
